Product Specifications, Materials, etc:
All products are designed and produced by Kaiqi Group Co. Ltd and in accordance with EN1176-1 and EN1176-3.
Plastic parts are made with an automatic rotational molding machine from aLDPE which is imported from South Korea. Parts are anti-UV, anti-static and crack resistant.
Metal parts are made with steel pipe which conforms to the national standard and welded using an industrial robot for a strong and smooth finished product.
Decking and stairs are made from rubber/powder coated steel and are made using an automatic punching machine. It is skid-proof and water-proof.
All of our screws are made from grade 316 stainless steel, complying with GB/T1221-1992 standards.
All clamps and clips are cast from aluminium.
Rope net is produced from cable that is 18mm in diameter and has a maximum load of 2000kg.
Posts use 114mm or 127mm diameter standing columns with a thickness of 2.2mm gold plated tubes or steel tubes. This conforms with QS standard:BS1387-1985 and technology standard: BS1387-1985.
Painting is well-mixed and bright, done using a painting flow line machine.
Materials are non toxic and finished products are of an extremely high safety standard. Even after 20 years in the business, we are constantly reviewing and improving our products, to maintain our position at the forefront of our industry.
Shipping and Payment Information:
EXW Factory and FOB Ningbo are preferred. Other methods can be arranged.
Payment is by T/T. 30% in advance, balance before shipment.
Products will be ready for shipping in 1-10 days.
Installation Qualification document and drawing will be provided with the products. Onsite installation can be arranged for an additional fee.
There is a maximum 3 years warranty on our products; 1 year for whole products and 3 years for main parts.
