All products are designed and produced by Kaiqi Group Co. Ltd and in accordance with EN1176-1 and EN1176-3.

Materials

Plastic parts	are made with an automatic rotational molding machine from LLDPE which is imported from South Korea. Parts are anti-UV, anti-static and crack resistant.
Metal parts	are made with steel pipe which conforms to the national standard and welded using an industrial robot for a strong and smooth finished product.
Decking and stairs	are made from rubber/powder coated steel and are made using an automatic punching machine. It is skid-proof and water-proof.
clamps and clips	All clamps and clips are cast from aluminium.
Painting	Painting is well-mixed and bright, done using a painting flow line machine.

Materials are non toxic and finished products are of an extremely high safety standard. Even after 20 years in the business, we are constantly reviewing and improving our products, to maintain our position at the forefront of our industry.

Installation	warranty
Installation Qualification document and drawing will be provided with the products. Onsite installation can be arranged for an additional fee.	There is a maximum 3 years warranty on our products; 1 year for whole products and 3 years for main parts.
