1.Metal	High quality galvainized pipe,diameter 48mm,thickness1.8-2.2mm
2 .Plastic	use the impported Korea LLDPE with automatic rotate plastic machine, ant-UV, anti-static, anti-crack;
3.Platform	Constructed with 18mm plywood,padded with 50mm cross expanded foam and upholstered in PVC
4.Knuckle rope	Used to secure nets to play structure 100%.
5.Frame Padding(Post Pad Foams)	A durable solution to cover the steel structure components.Low gloss PVC was developed to protect the children and to reduce the wear and tear from everyday use.   Thickness is over 6mm,it will can more safe to prevent to get injured by contused and fall.   Flame-retardant is good. Doe to its non-porous surface, Low gloss PVC post padding also repel dust and stains which will make your play system look new and clean for many years to come.
6.PVC	Reinforced heavy duty soft and durable,poly urethanemlead free,UV stabilized vinyl.
7.Netting	Made of 100% durable high tenacity PE mesh.
8.Safety and Cable Ties	100% durable ties wrapped around post pad foams to secure it.

All products are designed and produced by Kaiqi Group Co. Ltd and in accordance with EN1176-1 and EN1176-3.

Plastic parts are made with an automatic rotational molding machine from LLDPE which is imported from South Korea. Parts are anti-UV, anti-static and crack resistant.

Metal parts are made with steel pipe which conforms to the national standard and welded using an industrial robot for a strong and smooth finished product.

Decking and stairs are made from rubber/powder coated steel and are made using an automatic punching machine. It is skid-proof and water-proof.

All of our screws are made from grade 316 stainless steel, complying with GB/T1221-1992 standards.

All clamps and clips are cast from aluminum.

Rope net is produced from cable that is 18mm in diameter 6 wires inside and has a maximum load of 2000kg.

Posts use 114mm or 127mm diameter standing columns with a thickness of 2.2mm gold plated tubes or steel tubes. This conforms with QS standard:BS1387-1985 and technology standard: BS1387-1985.

Painting is well-mixed and bright, done using a painting flow line machine.

EXW Factory and FOB Ningbo are preferred. Other methods can be arranged.
 
Payment is by T/T. 30% in advance, balance before shipment.
 
Products will be ready for shipping in 1-10 days. 
 
Installation Qualification document and drawing will be provided with the products. Onsite installation can be arranged for an additional fee.
 
There is a maximum 3 years warranty on our products; 1 year for whole products and 3 years for main parts.
