All products are designed and produced by Kaiqi Group Co. Ltd and in accordance with EN1176-1 and EN1176-3.
Plastic parts are made with an automatic rotational moulding machine from LLDPE which is imported from South Korea. Parts are anti-UV, anti-static and crack resistant.
Metal parts are made with steel pipe which conforms to the national standard and welded using an industrial robot for a strong and smooth finished product.
Decking and stairs are made from rubber/powder coated steel and are made using an automatic punching machine. It is skid-proof and water-proof.
All of our screws are made from grade 316 stainless steel, complying with GB/T1221-1992 standards.
All clamps and clips are cast from aluminium.
Rope net is produced from cable that is 18mm in diameter and has a maximum load of 2000kg.
Posts use 114mm or 127mm diamter standing columns with a thickness of 2.2mm gold plated tubes or steel tubes. This conforms with QS standard:BS1387-1985 and technology standard: BS1387-1985.
Painting is well-mixed and bright, done using a painting flow line machine.
