Our full plastic series is designed specially for younger children (2-5 years old). The playground is much lower to the ground than our typical playground sets and almost all the parts are made from LLDPE plastic to protect youngsters from falls. We use non-toxic, child-friendly materials and our finished products are of an extremely high safety standard. Even after more than 20 years in the business, we are constantly reviewing and improving our products, to maintain our position at the forefront of our industry. | ||
1. Plastic parts | Main parts are made with South Korean imported LLDPE in an automatic rotational moulding machine. These parts are anti- UV, anti-static and crack resistant. | |
2. Metal parts | Made with galvanized steel pipe. Welded using an industrial robot for a smooth and strong finish. | |
3. Deck and Stairs | Made of LLPDE plastic for a more appropriate surface for toddlers. | |
4. Posts | 114mm or 127mm diameter standing columns with a thickness of 2.2mm old plated or steel tubes. They are covered with LLDPE plastc. | |
5. Details | Lower to the ground than typical Kaiqi playgrounds. | |

Shipping by EXW Factory and FOB Ningbo are preferred. Other methods can be arranged. Payment is by T/T. 30% in advance, balance before shipment. Products will be ready for shipping in 1-10 days. Packaging is sea-worthy and anti-corrosion. Installation Qualification document and drawing will be provided with the products. Onsite installation can be arranged for an additional fee.
